Having some problems sorting the headstock bearing. Thought that i had it sorted but not quite. Turns out a XV has a wierd bearing size, so a bit more headscratching should sort that.
And started mocking up the rear suspension. Looks like it'll work with a mix of FZR, R6 and ZXR parts. Who said collecting old shit wasn't usefull.
